HEADLINE: Predominantly dry, but remaining rather cool and cloudy
MONDAY & TUESDAY: Low pressure will be the dominant feature of the weather during the early part of the week, as a result conditions will remain rather cloudy. A moderate to strong east to northeasterly wind is expected to develop making it feel rather chilly, especially beneath any prolonged cloudy spells. There is the risk of some mainly light rain from time to time. Maximum temperatures ranging between 14C and 17C.
WEDNESDAY: High pressure will attempt to dominate the weather, overall there will be a greater chance of some good bright or sunny spells and the chilly northeasterly wind will have reduced. Maximum temperature 17C.
THURSDAY & FRIDAY: High pressure will continue to be a dominant feature of the weather. Uncertainty remains over the specific details of the weather by the end of the week, but it would seem that further mainly dry conditions are expected with some bright spells, however some substantial amounts of cloud remain a risk.
