Wain Homes are building a total of 162 new homes in between Britannia and Bacup. Pennine View, will be a large development and is to be built over a number of stages.

The first phase is currently under construction and you can already start to see the houses.

This development does affect me and I am now living round a building site.
The only good thing it brings, is people and money into the valley.

Have you seen how quick they are being built?

They are going up at a rate of knots, hope the quality is OK. Make them cheap and sell them for as much as possible?

Apparently they have already gone up in price.

Wonder if the planners will realise that all these extra houses in Britannia and Bacup will mean that we really don't need any more box building for a while?
