I also used to listen to Signal radio (New Dawn) too, That was quality. They had a DJ on there called Antix who was superb. The opening theme for the show was Nina Simone - Feeling good. I still have a few of their tapes somewhere.

Thanks DeeZ :)

i'll have to go through some old tapes, and get some clips.
there is two i'm after, but not even sure if i have them on tape anymore.

i got told one was called "Adrenalin", but my mate wasn't sure.
it was an old rave tune from around 89-90.
Best i can describe it was a few beats, then a woman saying "YES" a few times at the beginning ,ten it started up. it was the same all the way through :D

Da Da Da Da Da Da Da "Yes" Da Da Da Da Da Da "yes" Da dA dA dA etc, hee

then the other was what sounded like a black woman screaming "Putta your hands in the air".

Any ideas ?

The German MTV2 was called MTV2 POP which sadly ended it was very sad to see that go,

The channel started as VH1 Germany then it changed into MTV2 POP now its Nickelodeon Germany.

My fav music channel at the moment is Star TV UKR but thats on another satellite called SIRIUS @ 5.0 east.

Good call Max they were one of my fav groups but sadly they are no more, i went to see them in Manchester over 10 years ago and what a great set it was, there stage was in the middle of the room with sound and lights coming from every angle, they also wore there trade mark glasses with flash lights build in them.
