Manifesto from Gladys Sandiford (Conservative) for the Greenfield Ward
I am a retired midwife teacher and have lived in Rossendale with my husband for over 20 years.
I have two daughters and three grandchildren and am a member of St Peter's Church, Laneside and the Mother's Union. I am a Governor of Cribden House School.
Having honoured all the pledges made when I was elected four years ago, I am asking for support for a further term of service to Greenfield Ward in order to ensure that proposals in the pipeline are carried out.
Consultations are currently taking place with citizens regarding €200,000 of investment in Greenfield Memorial Gardens including new play equipment for children.
Economic regeneration of Haslingden Town Centre and Green Flag Status for Victoria Park are other priorities.
