Black box recorders" are being fitted to young drivers' cars in an attempt to reduce the number of accidents.

The device uses motion sensors to record when drivers brake late, take a corner too fast or swerve. Warning lights appear in the car and the recorded data is put on a website accessible by drivers' parents.
But should they be fitted in all cars young and old alike.

Yes but if the police have other proof that you did something then its not going to be much use.

I think the insurance people think 23 is a young driver when they calculate costs of a policy.

I don't beleive 23 is a young driver, probably 17-21, because you can have traders insurance at 21! im 22 soon, and no one will be putting a black box in any vehicle i drive, if anyone touches my car i wont act kindly :D
