Doesn't look too bad.

Income tax down slightly. Up on beer, wine and ciggies, which is normally does anyhow.

Big 4x4 drivers look like they're getting punished though with the higher car tax.

Yeah could be worse, beer up by a penny, wine is a bit of jump up seeing im a red wine fan. I guess if you can afford to be a 'gas guzzler' in the first place then 400 quid isn't that expensive. Then again I bet you any money if you were driving around in some large 4x4 and didn't have tax, got stopped and fined the price you would pay for not having tax would be lower than £400 anyway!...It's all the wrong way round.
