Anyone know any motorbike clubs?

I'm posting this on behalf of my husband Mr B. He's wondering if there are any motorbike clubs in Rossendale - I think he's bored going for rides on his own and trying to talk to me enthusiastically about his motorbike with little response!:bonk:

Don't know of any clubs but I have often seen bikers gathering in the car park of a pub ( sorry dont know name ) on the way from Tod to Hebden Bridge on Tuesday nights. Perhaps if he dropped in there one night he might get to know some.
Or send him to Poole, Dorset theres a brilliant biker night every Tuesday :)

I think the club Bridge rats meet at the Todmorden Biker cafe/meeting place, they are more more of a rally club but still do some ride outs,
I where a member for a good few years had the time of my life with them :thumbs:

I did my Cbt Saturday (at valley bike school they were very good) and failed my theory today by 7 points lol :( ,( my Ibs kicked in and i felt so rough!!! ) i always see bikers in rawtenstall. Should not take to long for him to find some riding partners :)

I assume you know about the changes to the bike test being introduced in Oct.............. the world and his wife are trying to get their tests done before that date, as allegedly the test gets much harder :disappointed:

I believe there are some CDs that you can get hold of - I assume they are kind of mock theory tests (I passed my test way before the theory came in, so can't help with that one). I've never seen them, but heard people mention them. If you haven't got them, it might be worth investing in them if you get nervous at the "real" tests..you can practice.

The Whitworth Warriors are a great bunch of guys and gals. Never been to a meeting, but have done the Blackpool Charity ride they organise a couple of times. You could never wish to meet a friendlier lot.
I work thursday nights which is why I don't get to the meetings.
