It's not letting me pick up the file unless I sign up and become a member. :suspect:

I use http://www.drivehq.com/secure/Signup.aspx

They do a 1GB free account. I can upload files, publish them and they are then available for download to people that I provide the URL to - without them having to become members of drivehq themselves.
