T bone steak cracked black pepper pinch of salt ,cooked medium rare and a creamy mushroom sauce :thumbs:
I used to like my steak well done then I went to a small restaurant near Clitheroe and the owner said this particular steak was better done medium/well done and Ive not looked back since. Been on a French ferry and wanted a well done steak and the chef said I would have it the way he wanted it served.....I think the term is Blue! In the pan for about 30 seconds each side. Couldnt eat it! I bet a good vet could have had it back on its feet within an hour.

Always have my steaks blue. The taste is amazing. It helps if you have either chips or mash to soak up the blood though. B-}

I once had a bullock steak prepared by a Portugese lady (trying to get back on topic) when touring Spain, steak was about 2" thick and half the size of a dinner plate!
Steak and ham sounds lovely. I bet it's even better with an egg on top too. :thumbs:
I must admit im not a big steak fan im afriad, my dad likes it though

I could just chew on a bit of steak now.
I like it well done when I have one, nice and done. If i want to taste blood I can prick my finger and lick it.
Its disgusting.
