On the BBC local news tonight, someone wrote in to say that they had wonderful food in Cumbria. Cumberland Sausage, Holker Hall Lamb and Morecambe Bay Shrimps. Excuse me, but I always regarded Morecambe Bay Shrimps as Lancastrians. Am I wrong?

I think you are spot on and will add that Holker hall is also in Lancashire (but it is administrated by Cumbria)

I live in Lancaster(Lancashire)right next to Morecambe and I always understood it to be still in Lancashire....just

It still is in Lancashire the county palatine
