Excellent answers Cedric, excellent.

Cw, I think we have a new inductee for The Brotherhood.....

I shall alert all other members and don my ceremonial attire.

The Tin foil crown and the olde plastyke chippe forke shall once more be brought from that most Holy of Holys, known to to followers of the Pie as The Baxenden Shrine.....

The ancient book of Pie (Peas be upon him) shall once again bear witness to the oaths and solemn promises sworn by another member welcomed into The Brotherhood....

Re: Hello

Agreed, GB. Prepare the Shrine.

I like the way he didn't fall for the trick question about the pasty. That did it for me. Many have come a cropper on that one. Canape! I liked that. It had a certain je ne sais pie. Though he obviously does know his pie. (For the pedants.)

Then to cap it all by electing Holland's (Peas be upon Them) as his preference, well, it was a slam-dunk for The Brotherhood.

Good answer to the Yorkshire question. Honest. Polite yet disdainful. Top marks.

All in all, one of the best candidates we've seen for a while wouldn't you say?

(I think Rexmaniac has the Holy Book this week.)

Re: Hello

Yes Cw, couldn't agree more. The canape reference was the clincher for me, It's very rare to find someone that can use the word pastie and canape in the same sentence, that showed real promise to me.

I think Cedric shows the potential to eat pies at the highest level if he can keep this standard of pie based shenanigins up, and I see no reason why not.

Sorry for the late reply, but I had to find the Pork pie jelly for the annointing of the oils ceremony.

Well done Cedric, you are a valued an treasured member, you will learn many secrets here in the Brotherhood.

Peas be upon you, may you never eat a Ginster.
