Ant and Dec's (PJ and Duncan) Let's Get Ready to Rhumble hits No1 in the music charts.

It just goes to show how much depth there is in the charts at the moment.

Re: Are you ready to rhumble?

The only thing that annoys me is that 'Rumble' is spelt wrong.....

But all the profits are going to charity so not all bad.

Don't be. I hate slebs an ordinary folks thinkin that because they are doin somethin for a worthy cause or because it's for charidee then everyone should automatically think that it's wonderful and not think anythin other than how good they are, because that's the main reason that most people do stuff for charity, to feel good about themselves.

Nobody would begrudge anythin going to a charity such as childline, but it's perfectly reasonable to think that the stunts that some of these goons pull, just to show everybody else how caring an socially conscious they are, are more about themselves than the actual charitys who benefit.

Look at me, I'm havin my chest waxed whilst sittin in a bath full of cold baked beans. An I'm doin it for charideeee so you'd better think it's funny an donate some money...

Naaah, give em somethin if you want to, but don't feel bad for thinkin that they're tossers, because they usually are.

I'm such a cynic aren't I ?

Re: Are you ready to rhumble?

Currently sharing an office with someone singing this highly irritating song. I have endured 7 hrs of her rhumbling.

I have attempted politeness & subtlety, progressed to threats & blackmail and now desperately resisting flinging a lukewarm black coffee in her general direction.

All made worse by the fact she didn't realise it was a re-release & is claiming that at 26 she is too young to remember it from first time round.

And she is finding humour in my threats to 'Dec' her.
