Re: Tonights sunset

Barkly is my English Pointer male dog that I use for wing shooting, he is named after a Dorp (small town) in the East Cape Mountains called Barkly East where we go bird and buck shooting, there is another beautiful Dorp nearby named Lady Grey, my next female dog will be named "Lady" after that town.
It is a very wild and scenic area with fresh air and very good trout fishing as the area is between 6,000 and 10,000 feet above sea level, gets cold in winter and lots of snow, see the pics:

The church is in Lady Grey and there is a passion play there every year, the school is very arty, Lady Grey is surrounded by mountains on 3 sides, with a mountain pass up into Lesotho, there are lots of dinosaur fossils in the area.

The trout river is named "The Buttermilk Stream", can you think of a better name, I can't!

My mates and I spend a week there every June, there is a Scottish weekend that includes a "Mac Nab", now who in Rossendale knows what that is???

Flungy.
