Rape/Mugging in Stacksteds this morning??

Not seen this posted anywhere, sorry if it has. Belive there was one of the above two commited this morning in an alley next to Rose and Bowl, got told that the schools in Stacksteads had been closed and that area had been corderned off????

Anyone shed any light on what I have been told?? If this is correct, to my knowledge of reading the Free Press this would be the 3rd such attack in the Valley in 2 weeks.

Very Worrying.

I've not heard anything and there's nothing on any of the usual news sites.

Terrible if it's true and like you say would be the third attack in a fortnight.

Dropping my son off at school thur morning I turned right up newchurch rd ( bacup behind me ) at the mini rab at Stacksteads , just after the garages on the left,opposite the schhol and nursery, is a lane that had blue crime scene tape across and a police car at the side. In assembly at school they where told another attack had taken place and to be careful on the way home. Tape had been removed Thur night, not heard anything else.

yes apparently forensics was their too, its supposed to be the same person that got attacked the first time in stacksteads
apparently some one from fearns was interviewed too
i believe police are checking evidence that the victim in question actually went were she said she was going
not far from were i live 5 min walk
