Re: The Old Alder Grange School - House Names.

Don't know how far you are going back but just had a look in an old newspaper and in that year (1958) Scott House won the swimming championships for the school and the Initials (s) (c) (d) (g) come after the names.
Will have another look later

Re: The Old Alder Grange School - House Names.

Don't know when them names came in but when I was at Alder Grange in the 1950s the house names were Stott / Gordon / Drake / Cavell and the house colors were Blue, Red, Green and Yellow respectively. I know these names were still being used in the early 1970s.
