Cheers Digbylix for the map. I know the area (been along Holcombe Road lots of times but I don't know who owns the land. If anyone is concerned and lives in the area, then I suggest they contact the council and notify them of the map references. I think it's pretty near to the old Airtours site which was camped on a few years ago, so maybe they know the area from those days
I just get concerned that if one illegal settlement occurs, whats to stop a few more....

I'm sure one of the people aiming to be a councillor in the May elections built a house when told not to and just carried on

Re: New settlement on Musbury road

Apparently the planning dept are aware of them and they on there with the blessing of the landowner, all sounds dodgy to me Also some councilor who lives nearby has objected to it so something might get done, but don't hold your breath.

Word is they've got 2 weeks to leave and return the site to its original state. Will watch that with interest!

Re: New settlement on Musbury road

I don't think the planning department will be happy until the entire place is covered in concrete
