Can anyone recommend somewhere to go in the UK for a dog friendly holiday?

Pref flat, nice beach for dog walks, cottage with enclosed garden so fibbles can be let outside.

Am thinking Wales but thats not too flat is it.
Around June.

Any suggestions?
Cheers,
Matty

Isle of Man. Some of the owners of caottages let people take their dogs. I have taken in the past 3 of mine. If you know the place there are plenty of private secluded beaches. Best not to go when biking events are on though. Archie particularly liked Port Cornaa.

Re: Dog friendly holiday?

We shall shortly be going South for a friends birthday, not looking forward to it as he is being brought out a home for the day. He has got dementia, may or may not remember me. The party is at his kennels so Archie will be spending the party in a dog kennel, he will have one of his famous sulks. He be able to have a good romp as the kennels are in lovely sprawling grounds, must get him a kennel cough injection. We are coming back the same day. One thing I find the net says certain hotels are "pet friendly" but when I phone I find they are not.

^
(Stoo. You & his friends are remembering him, that will mean the world to his family )
And he will recall his love of dogs, no evil barsteward of a disease will take that away . He will have a fantastic birthday and you will all have to settle with his share of the memories to make it memorable for his family and other friends.

And Archie gets a good romp, even if your clearly overly pampered pooch will do his sulking pretending he is miserable ! One big chunk of birthday cake at end of the day & all will be forgiven .
